New Blog - Start-up Notes
We are getting ready to launch a new blog on the site, and I wanted to post about it here before we get too far into it. Sandy Craig of SimplyFibers.com will be blogging for us about starting an ecommerce business. We have been so impressed with the information provided by Michelle in her blog that we felt another blog about the challenges of just starting up would be great.
Sandy and her sister-in-law, Carol, have been running a brick-and-mortar store for that last couple of years, and are currently in the process of taking their yarn and knitting supply store online. We are pretty excited to see what challenges they face with getting their site live, attracting visitors to their site, implementing customer service policies, automating office tasks, and more.
